Description: The image depicts giant Victoria water lilies floating on a pond at the Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro. They arrange themselves so perfectly and look so extremely stable, one could imagine using them as serving trays for dinner parties.
Henriette is a photographer from Berlin. Her first encounter with photography came through assisting Lovis Dengler while interning at the Water Mill Center, an interdisciplinary Art Center founded by Robert Wilson. Later on, the Berlin-based photographer Ramtin Zanjani introduced her to analogue photography and she has been practising ever since.
