Giovanni Sambo

Giovanni Sambo graduated in Design and Visual Communication at the Polytechnic University of Turin. He is the co-founder of Studio150, which deals with communication, publishing and design. His research is interdisciplinary and open to various aesthetic formalizations. In 2018 he shot the video for Marco Polo Returns Through Suez, a project by Matteo Messina for the Venice Architecture Biennale in the Swamp Pavilion (Lithuania Pavilion). In 2019 he was selected for Comp(h)ost, a video and photography seminar for contemporary art promoted by the Castello di Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art and a.titolo. Exploring visual languages through photography and video, he was mentioned in March 2020 as the best photographer from Italy at the World Water Day Photo Contest. In 2020 he has been selected for Rea! art fair. He currently lives and works between Milan and Venice.
